1. Acceptance of terms

By visiting this site, or by purchasing, downloading or using templates, playbooks, documents or other materials from Nexus Client Ops, a trade name of Deadroom Ventures LLC (the "Company"), you ("Licensee") agree to these Terms. Deadroom Ventures LLC also operates under the trade names CodePillar Studio, FlowCraft Labs and Lumina Creative Studio.

2. Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute under them are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any suit or proceeding must be brought in the Eighth Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada, in and for Clark County.

3. Licensed, not sold

All digital products are licensed, not sold. After payment of the license fee, the Company grants Licensee a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, single-seat commercial license to use, adapt and include the deliverables in internal operations or client work. The Enterprise package carries the unlimited client license described on the pricing table. Resale or public redistribution of the unbundled master files is not allowed. See the License page.

4. Not legal advice

Contract templates, including any Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work or Non-Disclosure Agreement, are general starting points. They are not legal advice and are not tailored to your facts, your clients or your state. Have your own counsel review and adapt any template before you rely on it or send it to a client. Nothing here creates an attorney-client relationship.

5. No promise of results

The forecaster on this site shows arithmetic on numbers you type in. It is an illustration, not a prediction, and the Company makes no promise about replies, clients or revenue.

6. Launch status

Packages are in final packaging. Until checkout opens, no purchase can be made through this site; you may join the launch list by email.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deadroom Ventures LLC, its managers, members and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. The Company's total liability is limited to the amount Licensee paid for the specific product in dispute.
